Mango Season in Pakistan 2026 — Calendar, Varieties & Prices

Every year the question lands in our inbox before the first fruit even softens: when does mango season start in Pakistan? The honest answer is that there is no single start date — there is a relay. One variety hands off to the next from late April right through to the end of August. Here is the 2026 calendar exactly as it runs on our orchards in Multan and Sindh.

When is mango season in Pakistan?

The Pakistani mango season runs from late April to late August. The south ripens first — Sindh is warmer, so Sindhri leads the season from late April into May. Punjab follows through June, July and August with Chaunsa, Anwar Ratol, Langra, Dusheri and finally White Chaunsa.

2026 Mango Calendar — variety by variety

  • Sindhri (late April – early July): The first mango of the season. Large, oval, golden, with a long shelf life. The GI-protected pride of Sindh.
  • Dusheri (June – July): Fragrant and juicy, the classic breakfast mango.
  • Langra (mid-June – July): Green-skinned even when ripe, tangy-sweet, a connoisseur's favourite.
  • Anwar Ratol (late June – July): Small, intensely aromatic, fibreless. Many tasters rank it the finest mango in the world.
  • Chaunsa (mid-June – August): The King of Mangoes. Honey-sweet, buttery, fibreless — the longest and most reliable window of the season.
  • White Chaunsa (July – August): The late-season jewel. Paler skin, creamy, exceptionally sweet.

Mango prices in Pakistan 2026

A fair, farm-direct price for premium tree-ripened fruit sits between Rs.300 and Rs.500 per kilo depending on variety and grade. A standard 5kg box of export-quality Chaunsa typically runs Rs.2,300–3,150. We price our crates farm-direct, which keeps them at the lower, fairer end of that range — because the fruit goes from our tree to your door without three middlemen taking a cut.

Prices are highest at the very start and very end of each variety's window, and best value at peak. If you want the lowest price per kilo, buy Chaunsa in early-to-mid July when supply is at its fullest.
